Is this a Fitness Class or Physiotherapy?
It’s both. You’ll get pelvic floor and core rehab within a full-body strength class — you’ll feel it (especially in your glutes). Think: squats, bridges, supported planks, breathwork, and movement that actually helps you heal.
What’s the research behind this?
Can I bring my baby?
Yes! Our postpartum classes are designed with babies in mind. You can bring a blanket, carrier, or car seat — whatever works for you. There’s no need to stress if your baby cries or needs to feed. We’ve been there.
How soon after birth can I join?
We recommend waiting at least 6 weeks postpartum, and being cleared by your healthcare provider. That said, this isn’t just for the “fourth trimester.” We work with moms who are 6 months or even 6 years out.
Do I need a referral?
Nope. You can book your assessment directly. If there’s anything in your health history that needs medical clearance, we’ll let you know.
What if I’m not in shape?
That’s exactly why we made this class. You just need a space to reconnect with your body in a way that feels safe, supported, and effective.
Ready to Start?
We’d love to meet you. Let’s take this one breath, one bridge, one class at a time — together.
