focused happiness
The premise of my work is that in order to be happy, at peace, productive and creative…feeling fully
alive, we must be fluidly connected with all parts of who we are.
You can embark on a journey that takes you to parts of yourself that are disconnected, and to others
that are erroneously connected. Your body begins to seamlessly communicate with your brain, mind
and essence. As a result, thoughts, feelings and bodily sensations no longer feel at odds with one another.
You start to feel an increasingly powerful sense of harmonious happiness, peace and well-being.
My approach seamlessly integrates the science of the body with the science of the mind[1],
1/ Evoking neurophysiology to comprehend one’s behaviour from a scientific, external vantage point[2],
2/ Engaging in mindful meditation, which affords a multi-layered inner view of the present moment[3].
